Special Note

Oh dear, what would you feel if they were your children, two young elementary school girl risking their safety  by walking on a rail way near Cimindi's train station. I believe they know what to do if the train comes, but it doesn't seem right for me. I'm not a parent yet but I think I began to understand what they feel when the kids aren't home. Well Mommies, I guess its time for your wise words again.

I have to make a note for my fellow Indonesian viewer :

Para orang tua yang kebetulan melihat foto ini, jangan bosan untuk mengingatkan putra-putrinya untuk tidak melakukan ini, jika perlu silakan simpan foto ini untuk ditunjukkan dan dijadikan contoh kepada putra-putrinya untuk tidak ditiru dan dilakukan. Semoga bermanfaat.

Oh how dangerous for them. I hope they got off from there. However, the pinks and reds of their clothing look fabulous against the neutral background.
So, I give them an F for walking on the tracks.
But I give you an A+ for a great photo!

It's a beautiful picture, but that is so dangerous! I am reminded of a movie I saw called "Fried Green Tomatoes" where a boy was walking on the railroad tracks and a train was coming. When he tried to get off the tracks his foot got caught in them and he was killed. This is scary!

I have to agree with you. People, especially children, tend to panic when faced with sudden danger...they could fall, catch a shoe on something and it would be too late.

But then kids tend to think they're indestructible!

People get hurt doing things like this. Two young children probably have the feeling of being immortal and would jump out of the way. It does make a nice picture.

No, the picture of the squirrel is not HDR. It was very dark when taken and I had to bring the color back in Photoshop. It isn't a great picture but it was dark and the snow was blowing and the squirrel was almost white with snow.

i would like to believe it's a poignant shot, w/c is really beautiful, but in reality, if anything happens to them... in a matter of seconds.
definitely a rude awakening or us all. ^0^

Lovely photo of these two young girls, but they really shouldn't be walking along the railway tracks. People have died doing this. I hope they don't do it again.
Cheers.

All over the world people - young and old - find walking on the railway safe, I don't know why.

Btw, komposisi fotonya keren...

Yikes! If those were my kids I'd freak out and yank them out of there as soon as possible! Fantastic shot though. :)

You're right, that is risky! I don't think I'd have the guts to do that, although the Stand By Me scene is quite nice. I'll have to remember this for when I have kids!

This is such a lovely shot but at the same time, rather daunting to see two little girls on a rail track.
